Freight Shipping
Arcade cabinets are large, heavy pieces of equipment — they ship via freight carrier, not standard parcel services like UPS or FedEx.
- Cabinets are fully assembled and secured on a pallet before shipment.
- Freight cost is calculated based on your location and cabinet size — typically $300–$500 for most of the mid-west, but can unfortunately be almost $1000 depending how far from Michigan you are.
- Curbside delivery is standard. The carrier brings the pallet to your driveway — you'll obviously want help moving it inside, though since they are on 4 caster wheels, it's not absolutely necessary, unless you're taking it up or down stairways, then yes, ABSOLUTELY, get help.
- White-glove in-home setup is available in Southeastern Michigan - to mid or south Michigan, at least surrounding areas of 48066 at a much less rate/delivery fee. Hopefully further areas soon. Though they're beyond easy to set up, just plug in, turn on and play.
